We’re proud to announce a milestone at Innovia Surgery Center: Dr. Vinay Goyal, an otolaryngologist – head & neck surgeon, successfully performed Innovia’s first Inspire V hypoglossal nerve implant procedure for a patient with obstructive sleep apnea.
The Inspire V System is an innovative advancement in Inspire Therapy, designed for a more simplified procedure.
The implant works with the patient’s natural breathing pattern to help keep the airway open during sleep, offering a clinically proven solution that can significantly improve quality of life instead of using a CPAP machine. Patients using Inspire therapy often experience reduced snoring, fewer sleep apnea events, and improved overall sleep quality.
